There is a Rental Agreement that must be signed for all items rented from How Appropriate. 

A 10% deposit is required at sign-up to reserve the date. 

How Appropriate's Delivery & Set-Up Fee includes 1 hour of set-up.  Set-Up delays beyond this hour at no fault of How Appropriate will be billed to the Client at a rate of $25/hour.  

Cancellations:

15% of total balance is charged for cancellations made after sign-up.

50% of total balance is charged for cancellations made 7 days from event date.

100% of total balance is charged for cancellations made less than 7 days from event date.
